You'll be part of a supportive and diverse team providing a structured, caring environment for young people who may display challenging behaviour and struggle with relationships. Your role is to act as a 'therapeutic parent', building positive, trusting relationships to help young people feel safe and cared for. This requires patience, empathy, and consistency, even in difficult situations.
