Location: Sawbridgeworth Position: Full-Time 1:1 LSA Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Start Date: September Contract: Long Term We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work 1:1 with a Key Stage 1 pupil who has Special Educational Needs. The pupil is non-verbal and requires full-time support within a mainstream classroom setting. This is an exciting opportunity for an LSA who is passionate about making a real difference in a child’s educational journey. The successful LSA will provide tailored support throughout the school day, helping the pupil access learning, engage with peers, and develop confidence and independence.
