We're partnering with a global media organisation looking to appoint an experienced generalist People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an iconic media brand with global reach. Working in the UK side of the business you will be part of a progressive and collaborative People team during a period of transformation. This role will partner closely with business leaders, providing generalist support, with a particular focus on ER. Initially a FTC but will be opportunities that arise that mean there's a good chance the role may become permanent.
Ideal candidate:
* Immediately available or able to start at short notice
* Proven experience in a generalist HR Business Partner/ People Partner role
* Strong experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end
* Background in media, entertainment, creative, or similar fast-paced environments
* Comfortable working with creative stakeholders and big personalities
* Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
* Resilient, proactive, and able to operate effectively during periods of change
