Role Overview:
The Receptionist is a vital part of the Crowne Plaza London Gatwick Airport hotel's team, ensuring exceptional customer service. Primary responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests, checking them in and out, accurately inputting guests’ data, assisting guests during their stay, taking payments, answering calls, managing reservations, and handling complaints effectively.
Personal Qualities:
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests
* A good standard of education and technological competence
* Previous hospitality or similar role experience is desirable
* Ability to lead by example, embodying our values, delivering excellent customer service, and fostering teamwork with a positive, solution-focused attitude
