Role Overview
The Receptionist is a vital part of the Crowne Plaza London Gatwick Airport hotel's team, ensuring exceptional customer service. Primary responsibilities include:
1. Meeting and greeting guests
2. Checking guests in and out
3. Accurately inputting guest data
4. Assisting guests with their needs during their stay
5. Taking payments
6. Answering incoming calls
7. Adjusting reservations as needed
8. Handling complaints effectively
Personal Qualities
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests
* Good standard of education and technological competence
* Previous experience in a hospitality environment or similar role is desirable
* Ability to lead by example, embodying our values, customer service, and teamwork, with a positive, solution-focused attitude
