Job Description
Culina Group are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, this role will be based in Birchwood, Warrington. Joining Culina Group as a Talent Acquisition Partner you will provide dedicated recruitment support to our hiring managers, working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider recruitment team to deliver resourcing solutions to Culina Group.
Key Duties
1. Accountable for end to end recruitment for your dedicated business area.
2. Establish successful relationships and work in partnership with stakeholders to fully understand the hiring requirements and deliver a seamless recruitment experience whilst providing market insight to stakeholders.
3. Work directly with hiring managers and influence key recruitment decisions that minimise attrition risks ensuringfairness and equality in the hiring process.
4. Provide an outstanding candidate experience, building positive and informative relationships promoting the Group as an employer of choice.
