What you would do as Financial Systems and Reporting Analyst EMEIA- 12 Month FTC
As our Financial Analyst – you will play a key role in supporting the Divisional Finance team with high‑quality financial reporting, analysis and business partnering. You'll work closely with the Divisional Director and Head of Financial Control to enhance reporting processes and strengthen relationships across local businesses and divisional functions. You will support month‑, quarter‑ and year‑end close activities, ensuring accurate consolidation and clear explanations of variances, while also contributing to budgeting and forecasting cycles. This role offers the opportunity to drive insight, improve financial processes and make a meaningful impact across the Division.
You would also:
• Develop and enhance Business Intelligence and dashboard reporting, including driving report automation.
• Provide IFRS focused technical guidance to regional teams on Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting, ensuring consistency across the Division.
• Conduct legal entity financial reviews, perform balance sheet reconciliations and support internal audit activities.
• Assist with the integration of newly acquired EMEIA companies into the financial reporting framework.
• Prepare management presentations, partner with senior stakeholders across departments, and support ad hoc finance projects as needed.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
• Has an ACA or equivalent qualification, with strong IFRS knowledge and experience across accounting & reporting.
• Has a broad finance experience, ideally gained in international manufacturing or engineering environments
• Has strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and operate independently.
• Has proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint and financial consolidation systems such as HFM or OneStream.
• Fluency in English and willing to travel occasionally
