Are you a sales professional in the recycling industry, looking to spearhead the growth of an exciting new plastics recycling company, who offer great training and performance incentives?

They provide plastic and aluminium scrap recycling solutions for industries such as; construction, precision engineering, and wholesale supplies. They are growing at a rapid pace, aiming to bring in another team member to lead their sales team to new heights.
On offer is the opportunity to become a vital asset to the company. The ideal candidate will be approaching and calling new and potential business, as well as maintaining exciting accounts. You will be working in the field and from home, only working in the Northampton office 1-2 times a week.
This role would suit any sales professional in the recycling industry, looking to make an impact within a fast growing sustainable company, who will continuously reinvest in your career growth and develop your skills.
The role:
* Source and procure plastic & aluminium scrap
* Build and manage supplier relationships across the UK
* Negotiate pricing and supplier agreements
* Collaborate with logistics and internal teams
* Regularly travel to clients/suppliers
* Commute to the office 1-2 times per week
The person:
* Experience in a sales role within the recycling industry
* Full, clean UK driving licence
