About the Role As Total FM Manager, you ll lead and coordinate the teams responsible for buildings and facilities management, compliance, repairs, and maintenance including the CCPM. Operating within our Corporate Landlord model, you ll oversee centralised service provision, manage budgets, and drive service and efficiency improvements. Your role is critical in ensuring the Council s physical assets are managed effectively, providing safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments for all stakeholders.
