Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you’ll play a key part in securing new business through the creation of high‑quality, compliant and persuasive PQQ and tender submissions.
You’ll be involved at every stage of the bid process — from research and storyboarding through to writing, design, review, and submission. This is a varied and rewarding role within a growing, forward‑thinking business that values creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct research and prepare pre‑bid materials
* Manage bid administration including EOIs, clarifications, and submissions
* Write, edit, proofread and review compelling tender responses
* Develop and maintain a bid library with standard content, case studies and visuals
* Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
* Use Canva and PowerPoint to produce visually impactful documents
* Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and brand standards
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in bid writing or proposals
* Exceptional written English and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and project management skills
* Strong understanding of B2B solution selling (advantageous)
* Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
* Experience using AI tools for written work
* Proficient in Canva for creating infographics and visuals
* Confident working under pressure in a deadline‑driven environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build internal relationships
