Who we want
An experienced and passionate graphic designer who is eager to contribute to a growing business. Someone who is detail-orientated, organised and technically proficient whilst interested in the Contemporary or Luxury Fashion space.
You will play a key role in elevating our product handwriting, detailing, and print and graphic language, as well as enabling clear communication of our Product stories internally and externally.
The role
• Graphic Design - Work with the Apparel, Graphics and Footwear teams to create graphics and packaging where required. This will extend to placement graphics and all over prints.
• Creative ideation - Work with the Creative Design Director and other designers to ideate and refine new logos, patterns, lockups and graphic packages for collections and collection stories such as our Active, Club and Alpine ranges.
• Brand Consistency - Ensure all work follows the company's branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent brand image across all materials.
• Collaboration - Work closely with team members, taking direction and feedback positively to improve creative output. Contribute creative ideas that enhance project goals and brand vision.
• Document layout - Design on-brand templates for wider team use to enable consistancy of communication.
• Presentations - Working with analytical functions to create visually compelling internal presentations around data and reports. You will be comfortable in Keynote, Powerpoint and InDesign to fulfil this.
• Packaging and labelling concept design - Packaging is an extention of our products. The quality, consistency and aesthetic are a vital part of the customer journey. This role will crossover with packaging design and may involve elevating and optimising our packaging, working with key suppliers to deliver best in class solutions. Experience here is advantageous.

What you'll need
Essential:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ Years experience in a Graphic Design Role. Ideally in a fashion graphics and contemporary brand space.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with Keynote and Powerpoint
• A good eye for design, colour, and typography, with the ability to adapt style to suit the fashion brand's aesthetic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
