Successful manufacturer require a Purchasing Assistant on a part-time (4 full days), 12 month FTC contract. Applicants need previous experience within purchasing administration or supply chain and ideally have been exposed to an ERP or MRP system. The Purchasing Assistant will offer support to a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers, performing operational and administrative procurement tasks. Working within a fast-paced production manufacturing environment, the Purchasing Assistant will be proactive in building strong relationships with supply chain partners and stakeholders. The position is available on a 12 month FTC, and it's envisaged the jobholder will work part-time (4 full days).
