Payroll Officer opportunity in East Sussex for a 12-Month FTC Your new company I'm currently working with a client of mine who is looking for a Payroller on a 12-month basis to support the current payroll team. Joining an organisation undergoing a major transformation based in East Sussex, the team is focused on modernising systems and improving its services. This role is for someone with extensive payroll experience and who's looking for a hybrid and flexible working approach. Your new role You’ll support the full payroll cycle—processing starters, leavers, pay changes, pensions, and audits—while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You’ll also handle being involved in the current payroll project moving over to a new system. This is a fixed-term contract with flexible/hybrid working - ideally 1/2 days in the office and the rest at home. What you'll need to succeed Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP etc.) Experience handling large datasets A flexible, team-oriented approach YOU MUST HAVE UK END TO END PAYROLL EXPERIENCE.
