Accounts Administrator- Lisburn- £31,000 per annum
Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-known and very successful organisation with offices based in Lisburn. Our client, a market leader in their field, has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work within a fast paced and supportive environment and the daily duties will include the following:
* Purchase ledger invoice processing
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Assisting in the production of monthly sales invoices
* Quarterly VAT returns
* Processing bank lodgements
* Assisting with month end reporting
* General office duties to include answering telephones and assisting with customer queries
Essential Criteria
* A minimum of 2-3 years recent experience working within a similar role
* Excellent IT Skills to include accounting software and MS Excel
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
