We are a premier independent workshop in Pulborough looking for a motivated technician who wants to learn from the best and step away from high-pressure, target-driven environments.

The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 Basic (Depending on experience).
* Bonus: Opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses.
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Strictly no weekends).
* Holiday: 30 days holiday, including a guaranteed Christmas closure.

What You Will Be Doing
* Skill Building: Carrying out routine servicing, brakes, suspension, and mechanical repairs.
* Diagnostics: Learning to use top-spec Autel and Launch tools under the guidance of senior techs.
* MOT Support: Assisting with MOT preparations and learning Class 4 and Class 7 standards.
* Specialist Learning: Gaining exposure to Hunter Wheel Alignment and Hybrid/EV systems.
* Quality Control: Road-testing and ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous 5-star safety standards.
Are You The One?
* Experience: Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in a garage environment.
* Education: Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified (or working towards completion).
* License: You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
* Mindset: You have a genuine hunger to learn, a high attention to detail, and take pride in your work.
