We are hiring a Business Development Manager for the UK & Ireland market (100% remote).

Package
€90,000 – €120,000 / year
(€6,000 – €8,000/month + performance bonus)
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the UK & Ireland
* Identify and acquire new clients, drive pipeline and revenue growth
* Build and manage key client & partner relationships
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and adjust plans accordingly
* Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance analysis
* Collaborate with marketing, engineering and support teams for delivery
* Attend industry events and tradeshows to strengthen brand positioning
Requirements
* Knowledge of transformer products
* Proven sales experience in energy sector, power supply, or data center power
* Existing client relationships or channel resources in the UK market
* Native-level English communication skills
* Electrical / Power Engineering background is a strong plus
