Red Recruitment 24:7 are working on behalf of a great client in central Lincoln as they look to enhance their existing team with the addition of an experienced and detail orientated Administrator to support the business with their use of new IT systems and the data handling process. Do you have at least 2 years administration experience? Are you a whizz on MS suite and other bespoke software? Are you big on attention to detail? This is the role for you Therole: Data entry and analysis using both MS Office and in house systems. Producing reports. Inbox management. Greeting clients and visitors. Managing client records. Other duties as required within the business. About you: Must have at least 2 years admin experience. Strong IT skills. Confident adapting to new software. Excellent MS office skills. Excellent customer service skills both over the phone and in person. Ability to work to deadlines. Strong and accurate data entry skills. The benefits: Full time, permanent role.
