We are excited to share that we are recruiting for the position of Head of Housing & Communities. The successful candidate will lead our housing services teams delivering services to over 3,000 homes, ensuring a high quality, tenant focused, coordinated, safe, and effective housing management service. You will have responsibility for core housing functions including neighbourhood management, tenancy sustainment, income and arrears prevention, ASB, complaints, and tenant engagement. Working closely with colleagues across Property, Care & Support, and Corporate Services, you will play a key role in shaping strong communities and positive tenant experiences.
Role: Head of Housing and Communities
Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday
Pay: £69,161 annual salary
Location: Swansea - Hybrid

You will also be a key member of our Leadership Team, with oversight and influence across wider areas of the organisation, and will support the Executive Management Team and Board as required. This role is central to driving service improvement, embedding a support first approach, and ensuring our housing services are responsive, fair, and customer led.
