Responsibilities
* Oversee daily food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of quality and service.
* Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.

* Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu offerings.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Maintain POS systems for efficient order processing.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in food and Beverage supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of POS systems
* Excellent management skills with a focus on staff training and development.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse clientele.
* Understanding of food safety standards and inventory management practices.
* Experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred.
* Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members.
