As HR Assistant, you will play an important part in making this happen. You will work alongside the Regional HR Manager and the General Manager, overseeing the HR functions as the main contact on site for the Holliday Inn Express London Heathrow T5 (IHG). Primary responsibilities include providing advice and support to managers and colleagues; overseeing and supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes; supporting staff engagement, recognition and reward schemes; supporting employee relations; administrative support and record management; training and development; payroll administration and working with the wider HR Team assisting with HR related projects. Personal qualities and experience Experience of working within a HR environment, with a full understanding of HR functions, best practices and UK employment law. Experience of working a hospitality environment.
