* Role: Document Controller / Performance Analyst
* Location: Middlesbrough
* Overtime: Overtime is calculated at time and a half Monday to Saturday. Sundays at Double time.
* Working Hours: Site hours are between 7am-7pm Monday to Friday. 47.5 hours per week.
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller / Performance Analyst to join our client’s team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth flow of information across projects while driving performance through data-led reporting and analysis.
Ideal for someone with experience in document control, office management, and performance reporting, this role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in both operational delivery and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain effective document control systems and ensure all project documentation is accurately managed and archived.
* Support office administration and organizational functions to enable efficient team operations.
* Collect, manage, and analyze performance data to generate reports for weekly and monthly project and senior leadership meetings.
* Utilize Power BI to build, update, and visualize dashboards that track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics.
* Write clear, professional reports that provide insight and inform key decisions.
* Support the continuous improvement of digital reporting methods and drive innovation in how performance is measured and communicated.
About You:
* Proven experience in document control, office administration, and performance-related roles.
* Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and KPI reporting.
* Advanced knowledge of Power BI, with the ability to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights.
* Digitally savvy with a passion for innovative reporting tools and methods.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong organizational ability.
* Ideally educated to A Level or equivalent, with post-A Level qualifications preferred.
