Customer Experience Assistant (Contract)
£21 - £23 per hour (Umbrella Company Pay Rate). Whitley, Coventry
Were looking for customer-focused, proactive individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems and making every interaction count. Youll support clients across phone, email, chat and social media, ensuring every customer journey is seamless, personalised and memorable.
This is a team-focused role where no two days are the same. Youll work closely with retailers, partners and internal teams while becoming a trusted expert in the brand and its products.

* Comfortable using multiple systems and technologies
