About the Role
Are you a dynamic, commercially driven leader with a passion for shaping high‑performing sales teams? We’re searching for an exceptional Sales Contact Centre Director to take ownership of our multi‑channel contact centre and lead the next chapter of our growth journey.
As our Sales Contact Centre Director, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational and commercial leadership of our sales contact centre teams. You’ll champion a high‑performance culture, nurture exceptional customer experiences, and drive ambitious revenue goals through innovation, insight and operational excellence.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to define strategy, optimise customer journeys, and elevate overall sales performance across voice, digital and outbound channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire and develop large‑scale sales contact centre teams to achieve and exceed performance targets.
* Define and execute the commercial sales strategy across all contact centre operations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance conversion, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
* Use data and insight to optimise processes, forecast demand, and inform decision‑making.
* Manage budgets, headcount planning and sales forecasting.
* Ensure compliance, quality standards and regulatory requirements are met across all channels.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product and Customer Experience teams.
About You
* Proven senior leadership experience within a high‑volume sales contact centre environment.
* A track record of achieving ambitious sales, growth, and customer experience targets.
* Strong commercial acumen and a data‑driven approach to performance management.
* Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
* A passion for coaching, empowering and developing teams.
* Experience with CRM systems, sales tech, and digital transformation is a plus.
