Key Responsibilities
* Work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide excellent customer experience.
* Present yourself professionally and approachably, remaining calm and courteous during busy shifts.
* Be organized and tidy, multitask, prioritize customer requests, and maintain a neat and attractive work environment.
* Adhere to allergen safety, covid-safety, and health and safety procedures, and communicate risks to managers.
* Be knowledgeable about products, from garnished drinks to table settings, and passionate about the offerings.
* Use EPOS systems confidently to record orders and process payments.
* Be eager to learn through training, reading, and on-the-job coaching to develop your skills.
