Technical Support Engineer - Warwick - 4 on 4 off covering 7 days a week - rotational shift - days and nights

2. Configuration and replacement of datacentre equipment such as Cisco and Juniper firewalls, Cisco switches, Cisco and Dell server hosts whilst maintaining system operation.
3. Provide both on-site and on-call support capacity for TPCMS with an ability to travel throughout the UK.
4. Proactively monitor the availability, performance, and security of TPCMS as part of a 24x7 team.
5. Address TPCMS issues either by resolving the issue or assigning to internal staff (engineers) or external providers (such as suppliers of equipment) to resolution.
