About the Role You’ll handle a diverse caseload of complex real estate matters, working with clients across various industries. Day-to-day, you’ll: Manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions. Oversee and mentor junior solicitors, contributing to their growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Support business development initiatives within the team. About You We’re looking for someone with: At least 10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property, with expertise in diverse property agreements. A proven ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively. Interest or experience in marketing and business development. A team-focused mindset with excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills. Ambition to progress to Partnership, or existing Partners seeking a lateral move. Why Join our Client?
