We are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Pub Operator to lead the day-to-day operations of The Devonshire Arms. This is a unique opportunity to manage a well-established venue with a strong reputation and loyal customer base, set in one of the UKs most scenic locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Full operational management of the pub, restaurant, and guest accommodation.
Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
Maintain high standards of food, drink, cleanliness, and customer care.
Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Drive revenue through events, promotions, and community engagement.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and employment regulations.
Collaborate with Operations Manager to align with strategic goals.
Ideal Partner Profile:
Minimum 3 years experience in senior pub or hospitality management.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Strong commercial acumen with P&L and budget management experience.
Passionate about food, drink, and countryside hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the Peak District market is a plus.
