Start Your Career in Supply Chain with Mainfreight’s Graduate Program — hands-on experience from day one. The Mainfreight Development Programme is a three-year supply chain traineeship that offers you the chance to work on impactful projects while receiving structured training, mentoring, and leadership development.
You’ll rotate through two or three diverse roles, each with unique responsibilities and challenges — from driving a forklift and managing shipments to making sales calls, visiting customers, and even leading a team. This well-rounded experience will give you deep insight into global supply chain management.
