Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage a large-scale office relocation project within London. The successful candidate will be part of the Operation Readiness team, coordinating with IT, Facilities, and Business Change teams to ensure smooth mobilization of the new HQ.
Responsibilities include developing detailed plans, managing risks, activity logs, and budgets, and supporting services mobilization including move planning, FF&E installation, snagging, transition, and business continuity.
Requirements:
* Experience in large-scale office moves or relocation programs
* Ability to develop and support detailed project plans
* Understanding of project coordination aspects such as move planning, service mobilization, and facilities management
Additional Information:
EU work permit is required. The job is located in Lincoln, UK, with the initial focus on London HQ relocation.
