We are looking for female Support Workers with a full driving licence to join our team to provide personalised homecare and community-based support to people across the local area. Your role will involve split‑shift work supporting a variety of individuals, including older adults and people with learning disabilities, helping them live safely, independently, and confidently.

* Main Grade Hourly rate of £12.90

* Induction and Relief Register rate £12.60.

* Sleepover hourly rate of £12.60.

About The Role

Working locally, you will join one of our teams delivering great quality individualised support to adults who have a variety of support needs. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and well-being. Every day is different in this challenging but rewarding role.

Our teams know that good support is essential for a good life, and so we work alongside every person we support and their family to help them live life to the full. Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.

A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
