What the Job Involves As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily discharges via the D2A pathway and Pathway 3 placements, triage cases in coordination with the Hillingdon HUB, and handle out-of-borough hospital referrals. Your role involves attending conference calls with health professionals and delivering results. You will supervise staff, allocate cases, and manage stepdown beds. As a Safeguarding Manager, you'll attend weekly meetings with the safeguarding lead to discuss the progression of investigations. Additionally, you will carry a small caseload of complex cases.
