Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional fine dining experiences, and a genuine interest in taking responsibility for the restaurant’s continued success. You should be someone who keeps up to date with current trends in the fine dining scene and who has a strong appreciation for low-intervention and biodynamic wines, which form a core part of our drinks offering.
Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff members to provide excellent customer service.
* Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
* Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant management role within a Michelin recommended restaurant is essential, with a strong understanding of food and drink trends, both classic and contemporary.
* Interest in low-intervention and biodynamic wines is highly desirable.
* Skills and qualifications in wine and bartending are advantageous.
* Proven ability to supervise staff effectively and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in hotel or restaurant settings is preferred, demonstrating an ability to lead with confidence.
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills are required to foster a positive work environment.
Package & Benefits

* Base salary £30,000–£34,000, plus TRONC.
* Expected take-home pay: £38,000–£42,000.
