Commercial Property Legal Counsel | Development-Focused In-House Role | Multiple Opportunities Available
If you're a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to move in-house, or already in-house and looking for broader responsibility, this is an opportunity to join a growing legal team at the heart of a substantial UK property and development business.
The company is currently looking to make two hires within its property legal team, creating opportunities for lawyers at different stages of their career. Whether you are an established mid-level solicitor looking to deepen your in-house experience or a more senior lawyer seeking greater responsibility, there is scope to tailor the role around the right individual.
The Firm
This is one of the UK's most established privately owned property groups, with operations spanning residential development, strategic land and wider property investment activities.
The business has built a strong reputation for delivering large-scale residential developments across the UK and continues to invest heavily in future growth. With ambitious expansion plans already underway, the legal team plays an increasingly important role in supporting land acquisition, development and delivery strategies across the business.
The legal function works closely with commercial teams and senior management, giving lawyers visibility across the full lifecycle of projects and exposure to a broad range of real estate and development matters.
The Role
You will join a growing property legal team supporting a wide range of commercial property and development matters across the business.
