As Head of Service, the post holder serves as the corporate lead for the authority, representing all Council service areas in matters relating to operational property strategy and management. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the Council’s approach to asset management, property delivery, aligning it with strategic priorities and delivery of operational goals. Key responsibilities include: Leading cross-functional collaboration across internal services and external partners to achieve both short- and long-term property outcomes. Driving efficient and pro-active operational property management to support Council-wide service delivery. Overseeing major capital programmes of work, including: Borough-wide physical regeneration..
