Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Quality Control Manager to join our team. This is a newly created role offering a unique opportunity to enhance and build upon already established quality processes at our new Alternative Heat site. As Project Quality Control Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening, developing, and embedding quality standards across all site activities, ensuring that quality assurance and control processes meet or exceed company, client, and regulatory requirements. It includes planning and allocating resources to deliver project quality requirements on time, overseeing inspections and test plans, and ensuring all work, materials, and outputs meet specified standards and client expectations. The position is responsible for maintaining compliance with internal systems and external regulations, handling audits, and acting as the main point of contact for customer and supplier quality issues. It also covers managing nonconformities through root cause analysis and corrective actions, driving process improvements through data analysis, supporting training and quality initiatives, and reporting on key quality metrics. Additionally, the role requires close coordination with stakeholders, including project teams, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure consistent quality performance across all site activities.
