This is a target driven environment which requires focus, professionalism and a positive attitude at all times. Working within a small team you will be reporting to your line manager on a regular basis and expected to be self-motivated, also to work with and encourage the rest of the team to reach the departments goals.
You will be expected to have regular contact with our advisers and introducers to ensure that you work closely together to maximize opportunities resulting in happy clients and introducers.
Your responsibilities
· Inputting data in to MIDAS
· Hitting a set amount of calls to be made per day.
· Following a workflow system strictly to ensure nothing is missed
· Look after a data base of clients sent over by our introducers and adhere to all
GDPR regulations.
· Adhere to our service standards which you are expected to provide to our clients.
· Calling clients to offer our mortgage and protection services.
· Arranging appointments and passing live clients over to our advisers or forward booking in diaries.
· Ensuring we are always in contact with them, to be ahead of our competitors with regular service calls.
· Manage all leads that advisers have spoken to, this will ensure nothing is missed.
· Take ownership of your data given to you on a daily basis and manage your workflow correctly.
· Control daily/weekly data/reports
· Come to work with a "can do" attitude and a flexible outlook that you may be asked to adapt your job role should the business require you to do so.
· Report any issues to your line manager.
Achieve your personal targets in all aspects of your role including telephone calls made, appointments booked and sign ups
. This role has a tiered bonus scheme for the team which currently gives the potential to earn up to £300 per month on top of the basic salary.
