The role will be based in Winnersh, where the individual will play a key role within the accounting and finance department.

Description
1. Daily inputting of purchase invoices onto the Xero accounting system.
2. Bank reconciliation of the business bank accounts, and credit card account.
3. Follow up on obtaining missing invoices/receipts for any expenditure picked up on the bank reconciliation that haven't been received into the Accounts inbox.
4. Producing client engagement fee invoices on Xero in preparation for client meetings, and upload to the client file
5. Forward receipts from Xero for paid engagement fees direct to the client, and upload
6. Produce other ad-hoc fee invoices as and when requested.
7. Liaise with the Director(s) on overdue supplier invoices and make payments accordingly.
