About the Role As a Secondary Supply Teaching Assistant, you will support KS3 and KS4 students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and more. You may provide 1:1 support, assist in small groups, or help within the wider classroom. Your role will involve reinforcing routines, promoting independence, and ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
