SALARY: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus after 6 months

Main Duties & Responsibilities for the Residential Solicitor role:
Managing residential property transactions from inception through to completion.
Delivering outstanding client care with professionalism and responsiveness.
Supporting team members by efficiently managing workload and priorities.
Supervising and training junior colleagues to foster their professional development.
Facilitating the adoption of new technologies to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
Representing the firm at networking events to enhance reputation and build valuable professional relationships.
Person Specification required for the Residential Solicitor role
Qualified Solicitor or a Conveyancer with 35 Years PQE in conveyancing
Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and clear communication
Great time management, able to prioritise effectively
A self-motivated, proactive, and outgoing approach
Professionalism, thriving both independently and as part of a team
The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
