Role Overview
* You will be responsible for contacting existing clients and talking with them.
* You will play a crucial role in identifying potential customer upsells and taking them through the initial stages of the sales process.
* The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, a willingness to learn and a results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
* Make high volumes of outbound calls to clients
* Engage clients to assess their needs and qualify them.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Maintain detailed records on our CRM system
* Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Competencies and knowledge required
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* You will need to go through a DBS check
* Willingness to learn and build your knowledge base
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
* Good computer skills
