The Role • Support students in-class and in small intervention groups • Assist SEN pupils with reading, writing, lesson access and behaviour routines • Prepare classroom materials and provide general classroom support • Help maintain a calm, structured and safe learning environment • Contribute to pastoral support, attendance monitoring and communication with staff Requirements • Experience in an educational or youth support role • Strong interpersonal skills, patience and reliability • Ability to follow guidance and support teachers effectively To apply, please send your CV as soon as possible.
