Were looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive / Telesales with experience in the plant, access and tool hire or construction equipment industry. Based at our Head Office in Enfield, youll play a key role supporting our Sales team and depot network across London and the surrounding counties. This is a varied role ideal for someone who understands capital equipment sales, ideally has worked in the rental sector previously, thrives on organisation, and enjoys being part of a busy, hands-on team. About the Role Reporting to the Sales Director, youll support both internal teams and customers by: Creating Quotations for Hire Orders From quote to conversion. Supporting Sales Operations Including lead prospecting, customer communications, and reporting. Coordinating with Depots, Transport & Workshops Ensuring your hires have been processed as requested. Handling Key Admin Tasks Updating customer CRM software, keeping records of customers lists, tracking quantity of outgoing calls, tracking progress. Liaising with existing and prospective customers Keeping regular contact as on status of current and future requirements, upselling company offerings to including training. Contacting lost or dormant customers to reignite trading What Were Looking For Industry Experience Youve worked with construction equipment, plant machinery, or in a related hire/sales environment. Strong Admin & Organisation Skills Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy. Confident Communicator Comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email. Tech-Savvy Competent with Microsoft Office; Excel or hire software experience is a plus. Detail-Oriented Especially when entering data and handling sales documentation.
