A fast-growing global digital and IT services organisation is hiring a Sales Hunter to drive new logo acquisition across Retail and CPG. This is a pure hunter role for someone who thrives on opening doors, building pipeline, and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
Experience selling into Media, Pharma, or Manufacturing environments will be a strong advantage, reflecting the cross-sector nature of many client groups.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for winning new enterprise clients, positioning end-to-end digital, data, cloud, and transformation services to senior decision-makers. Backed by strong delivery, pre-sales, and global capabilities, this role offers genuine scale and earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the full new business sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close
* Target enterprise and upper mid-market organisations across Retail & CPG
* Build and influence relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CTO, COO)
* Sell complex, services-led solutions including Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & AI, and Managed Services
* Create and execute a structured territory and account-based sales strategy
* Work closely with solution architects and delivery leaders to shape winning propositions
* Consistently build and convert a strong pipeline against ambitious targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Sales Hunter / New Logo experience within IT services, consulting, or systems integration
* Strong background in Retail and/or CPG
* Additional exposure to Media, Pharma, or Manufacturing is highly beneficial
* Track record of closing £1m–£10m+ enterprise deals
* Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments
* Commercially driven, resilient, and highly motivated by results
