Job Advert: School Receptionist (Full-Time)

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised School Receptionist to join oone of our client school in central Birmingham. This is a full-time role in a busy school office, where you will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, staff, and students.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting visitors, parents, and pupils in a warm and professional manner.
Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently.
Maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the school.
Using the school’s management systems to input data, process attendance, and produce reports (experience with SIMS is highly desirable).
Supporting staff and senior leadership with a variety of administrative duties.
Requirements:
Fluent in Urdu (spoken) to communicate effectively with families from our diverse community.
Previous experience working in a school office is essential.
Strong IT skills, with experience using SIMS (or similar school management systems) preferred.
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality at all times.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
