Are you a Registered Nurse with strong leadership experience in domiciliary or complex care? Ready to shape a brand-new care division from the ground up?
We’re launching our new Domiciliary and Complex Care Services, and we’re looking for a Clinical Lead / Head of Care to take charge of clinical operations, lead a multidisciplinary care team, and help drive forward service quality and compliance across the board.
🔍 About the Role
As the most senior clinical lead in the division, you’ll be pivotal in building and managing robust clinical systems, ensuring CQC compliance, and driving excellence across our service model. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership on clinical strategy, regulatory frameworks, and staff development — and play a lead role during CQC inspections and audits.

âś… Key Responsibilities
* Lead the clinical design and operational setup of our new care division
* Oversee clinical delivery of complex care (PEG, tracheostomy, epilepsy, end-of-life care, etc.)
* Design care plans, risk assessments, and training programmes
* Mentor and clinically supervise healthcare staff
* Lead on CQC audit readiness, registration, and inspections
* Ensure care delivery aligns with NICE, KLOE, and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with external professionals, families, and commissioners
* Investigate incidents and embed continuous learning practices
* Provide clinical input for tender submissions and service planning
🧠About You
* NMC Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities)
* 5+ years of experience in clinical leadership within domiciliary/complex care
* Deep knowledge of CQC compliance, audit requirements, and governance
* Experience in managing or scaling clinical teams
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Strong strategic thinking, documentation, and process design abilities
* Desirable: Experience in ventilation, trach/PEG care, or neurological conditions
* Comfortable contributing to commercial tenders and service frameworks
