We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our IT Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT and telephony systems, ensuring seamless operations across our growing network of dental practices. What You’ll Be Doing Providing 2nd line IT support on a day-to-day basis Offering occasional 1st line support when required Delivering consistent, high-quality resolution of 15 tickets per day Supporting and implementing system changes and project work Carrying out onsite installations, including VOIP, firewall, and thin client setups Participating in out-of-hours installations or emergency site visits when necessary What We’re Looking For Proven experience in 2nd line IT support within a fast-paced environment Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, and telephony systems Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team Flexible approach to working hours and travel for site support Experience mentoring junior team members and managing escalations Driving license essential due to site visit requirements What We Offer You At Rodericks Dental Partners, we know that looking after our people helps us deliver the very best for our patients.
