The Opportunity
We are seeking aSocial Value Coordinatorto support the delivery of social value commitments for a high-profile Defence transformation programme. This role will ensure that community, skills, and sustainability initiatives are planned, tracked, and reported in line with theUK Government Social Value Modeland contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in delivering the programmes Social Value plan, ensuring alignment with MOD priorities.
2. Coordinate activities across employment, skills development, sustainability, and community engagement workstreams.
3. Gather data and evidence to track KPIs such as jobs created, apprenticeships, training completions, and volunteer hours.
4. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal teams and client submission.
