My client is a dynamic, Private Equity-backed leisure and tourism organisation with a pan-European presence and they are looking for a Finance Manager. Based in Central London, this high-impact role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership in France while contributing to the financial success of a thriving international business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own the month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and audit coordination.
* Ensure full compliance with French GAAP and IFRS standards.
* Manage the working capital position for the French business.
* Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including re-forecasting as required.
* Act as a true business partner to senior leadership in France, providing insights that drive performance and profitability.
What My Client is Looking For:
* A fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
* Fluency in French - both written and spoken - is essential.
* Strong working knowledge of IFRS and French GAAP.
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
* A confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach.
