They are looking to hire a dynamic and forward-thinking Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to lead the development and execution of their learning strategy. In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative learning programs that align with business goals and foster a culture of continuous growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to identify learning needs, curate development paths, and enhance employee capabilities at all levels. The ideal candidate is passionate about people development, experienced in leveraging modern learning technologies, and adept at navigating the learning needs of a rapidly evolving organisation. Key Responsibilities: Learning Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organisation’s strategic goals, fosters a high-performance culture, and prepares employees for future challenges. Program Design and Delivery: Design, curate, and deliver innovative learning solutions, including leadership development, upskilling programs, digital learning platforms, mentorship initiatives, and in-person workshops. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders and department heads to identify learning and development needs, ensuring that all training aligns with both business priorities and individual development plans. Learning Technology and Innovation: Leverage technology to enhance learning experiences, from e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS) to AI-driven tools. Continuously explore emerging trends and technologies to keep our L&D offerings cutting-edge. Talent Development: Lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders, support high-potential employees, and promote career progression across the organisation. Evaluation and Measurement: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve program quality through data-driven insights and feedback. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to learning programs, helping employees adapt to new tools, processes, and ways of working in an innovative, fast-paced environment. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Incorporate DEI principles into learning programs to ensure they are accessible, inclusive, and supportive of a diverse workforce. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external learning providers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the quality of externally delivered programs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field. Proven experience in leading large-scale learning initiatives in a dynamic, fast-growing organization. Experience in leveraging digital learning technologies (e-learning platforms, LMS, AI tools, etc.). Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure the impact of learning initiatives. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends in learning technology and talent development. Proven track record of developing innovative, scalable learning solutions.
