About Us
Harlands Primary School Office is seeking a new team member with strong interpersonal and IT skills to be part of the front face of Harlands, to start as soon as possible.
Principle duties will include:
* Dealing with visitors, with due regard to both fire safety and safeguarding procedures
* Pupil attendance, with due regard to both fire safety and safeguarding requirements
* First aid, as first point of contact for day-to-day pupil needs
Receipt and logging of school supplies
Job Details
Salary: NJC Grade 4, scale points 4/5 - £25,583 to £25,989 pro rate (equivalent to £14.86 to £15.10 per hour)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Term time only, but including one whole school INSET day(usually in September). Weekly working pattern - Monday/Tuesday & Friday, Wednesday Thursday pm
Location: Haywards Heath
Interviews: Week beginning 6 October

To be successful in this role you will need to:
Excellent organisational and IT skills are essential, along with great flexibility and ability to cope with multi-tasking as there will be frequent interruptions. Confidentiality is paramount. As part of the wider office team, the successful candidate will need to be a team player who is reliable, robust and resilient, willing to turn their hand to any unexpected task that is likely to arise in a busy school environment with young children.
