Administrator – Engineering & Maintenance Support An established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Administrator to support its Engineering and Maintenance teams within a fast-paced production environment. The Role This position will involve providing day-to-day administrative support to the maintenance function, ensuring effective coordination of orders, records, and planned maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities
* Raising and placing orders for maintenance requirements
* Chasing suppliers and monitoring order progress
* Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets using Excel
* Supporting Planned Maintenance (PM) administration
* Assisting the engineering and maintenance teams with general administration duties
Candidate Requirements
* Previous administration experience ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Strong Excel and general IT skills
* Excellent organisation and communication abilities
* Able to prioritise workload and work independently
* High attention to detail and proactive approach
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm
* Friday: 7:00am–1:00pm or 8:00am–2:00pm
